When I say coaching and consulting, this could literally be on anything in the world. You know, you could be a personal trainer that does this online. You could be a nutritionist, or you could be a business consultant. You could help people outsource their businesses. You could be a web design consultant. You could even be a marriage counselor… Literally you can consult on anything people need coaching on.
Once people find your blog, they are going to want to come back and read the next thing you have to share. Now, if the next thing that you want to write about is three months later, they are going to forget about you. However, people can still do webinars without all of that. For example, you might have a sizable social media following and you train them every week on something to do with social media. But you will need a product to embed and sell at some point. Don't worry about it in the beginning. And by far, the best webinar platform out there is certainly GoToWebinar. Hands down, there isn't even another platform that comes close.

A blog highlights your technical ability and showcases your ability to write blog posts. Your blog can be about different topics than those you write about for your clients. In fact, it should be on a topic that interests you. Visitors will see that you can not only write, but you can also build an online community. A good blog has the potential to earn you many referrals for more clients.
I had run across my first pre-forclosure deal and needed to get a basic understanding of the steps and processes. Peter and David's book provided that wonderfully. I was able to use the steps and scripts to sign up a deal, provide help to a stressed-out seller and reach the proper department at the lender. The suggestions of how to talk to both the seller and the lender have been very helpful with dealing with the human side of things. I felt very comfortable with the style and the seller has been very appreciative. I didn't feel manipulative at all.
Ask for a raise. If you’re unhappy with your compensation at your 9-5 job, asking for a raise is one way to beef up your bank account. Most employers offer an annual review of your work – which could be the perfect time to negotiate a higher salary or ask for better perks. Diversify your business. You may use a lot of trial and error to determine which business ideas work the best, but doing so will let you discard methods and ideas that do not work in favor of ones that do. Try new business ideas or products to sell as you go. Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. Ten products that make $100 per month are more profitable than two that each make $300. If you seem to cap out at a certain amount each month on one product, add another to your repertoire.
